「本気、勇気、命がけ」

I was convinced yesterday that these are the keywords in my life.

昨日、これらの言葉が私の人生のキーワードであると、確信いたしました。

Yesterday, we had a workshop on dialogue at Rissho Kosei-kai with the special guests from Religions for Peace international and KAICIID. Dr. William Vendley and H.E. Faisal Muammar, the respective Secretary-General of each organization, with more than 200 youth leaders of RKK.

立正佼成会本部で、昨日、対話ワークショップが開催されました。RfP国際のウィリアム・ベンドレィ事務総長とKAICIIDのファイサル・ムアンマー事務総長並びに役員をお招きして、200名以上の青年リーダーが参加いたしました。

If we people of faith are to commit to interfaith dialogue for approaching coexistence world, we need to be serious, courageous, and to be ready to risk our lives.

私たち信仰者が宗教間対話を通して共生世界の実現を目指すのであれば、私たちは本気になり、勇気を持ち、そして命がけになる必要があるのです。

Although It may sound exaggerated, I think genuine dialogue requires all the stakeholders to hold these attitudes.

大げさに聞こえるかもしれませんが、真の対話を行うには、参加者がこれらの姿勢を持つことが必要であると思うのです。

”I am the first to talk to, and take action.” ”Not wait for someone to talk to me, and do something for me.” This is also what we learned in the workshop.

「まず私が話しかけよう、そして行動を起こそう!」「誰かが私に話しかけてきて、何かをしてくれるのを待つのではなく。」私たちはこのことをワークショップで学びました。

I could deepen my determination to be more eager, courageous and risk-taking.

私は、より本気になり、もっと勇気を持ち、そしてリスクを背負おっていこう、という決意を深めることができました。
